  1. Okay, something is clearly wrong with Sophia and even though I'm pissed as hell at her for her selfish actions, please don't do what I think she's going to do. And Robert's horrible and selfish too. Think about what Callie wants and not what you want! She has a family. And I hope Brandon pulls away quickly.

WHAT DID JUDE AND CONNOR DO? I DEMAND TO KNOW.

floved that Robert kept Callie. This show is amazing!

  4. Why? It's selfish of him when she already has a family that loves her. And to keep her away from those who love her is devastating and to let this happen so she can be in a relationship with Brandon (especially when they're both still dealing with the trauma of rape) is gross.

They need to stop stalling and let Callie get adopted, and then move on.

  5. Might be an unpopular opinion, but...I'm glad that Robert isn't throwing Callie away like yesterday's trash and that he admitted to struggling to sign the papers the first time. I don't think it's selfish of him to want his daughter, especially when he has the means to provide for her and love her if she'll let him. I understand that she wants to be with Jude and be a part of the same family as him and that does suck, but this doesn't make him any less her brother. I hate that Sophia did what she did, but I can't hate that it gave Robert the chance Callie isn't ready to give him, yet.

Another unpopular opinion...I like that Brandon and Callie might have another shot. They might refer to each other as brother and sister, but we all know they are fronting so Callie can have a family. Now she that has the Quinns, maybe they can have a shot at something that was only destructive because it threatened Callie having a home.

Possibly popular opinion...Marianna looked SO pretty with her brunette hair back! More confident, too, IMO. Also liked hers and Jesus' meeting with Ana and the insight into why Jesus coddles Hayley the way he does.

And...I'm not sure that WHAT Jude and Connor did matters so much as the fact that they did 'something' and they implied that 'something' was inappropriate and that they have a relationship that goes beyond friendship going on. I'm glad Jude confessed before Lena made a bigger fool of herself and I hope she can still get her job back. And that Connor's dad stops freaking spanking him...at that age I think it borders on mental abuse.

The show is doing an amazing job with respect to showing the difficulties in blended family circumstances and situations. I think that there is room for both families in Callie's life!

Sophia locking herself in the bathroom at the end of the episode doesn't look good, some kind of tragedy will happen. Callie was odious reacting that way to Robert and Sophia (they were NOT acting selfish).
Anyway, Callie seemed to calculate very well the opportunity of living with Robert (really, first she blasts off with people that have been so kind with her, then she does what, *few seconds later*... kiss Brandon?!?).

  8. I was so happy with this episode until Callie and Brandon kissed.
I mean if someone saw them or something, Callie can say goodbye to being adopted for good she'll be the only one she can blame.
I wonder if Sophia is going to cut herself or take too many pills or something..
But Callie was right, she really is a spoiled brat.. Ripping off Callie's adoption papers was really mean and that's what a spoiled child would do.

Does someone know whether the show will have its how Christmas special as well?

  9. But who says Robert can't be right for Callie other than Callie? You're right in that Robert is the adult in the situation, but that doesn't mean instantly folding to the child's wishes. We all know the Fosters are good people who can give Callie a good home, but Robert hasn't had much of a chance to do the same. He never even knew he had a daughter out in the world. Now he does, and she might already have people who love and want to take care of her, but he just wants a chance to do the same.

And as far as getting officially adopted by the Fosters not making Robert any less her father...of course it does. It requires him legally abandoning her when he wouldn't have done so under normal circumstances.

  11. Ok, I really like Robert Quinn. That scene between him and Callie was so emotional and great! I thought it was so touching how he said he couldn't sign the papers again because it was hard enough the first time. I think if Callie would let him then he would be a great dad. Sophia, on the other hand, needs some serious help. She is very needy and clingy. I hope she doesn't do anything crazy.

I really like the relationship between Mat and Mariana. He keeps her from being so insecure. Jesus needs to dump Hayley fast! She is insane.

Lastly...really Callie and Brandon. Again?! Brandon just got finished Being with Lou. Now he's kissing Callie...

She really needs to stay away from boys right now. Especially Brandon because that could ruin her adoption...if that's still an option.

  12. I'm wondering if every half-season (or season) is going to end with another Callie adoption crisis I really like Robert and I felt terrible for him, but he has to do the right thing and sign those papers. I can't imagine how it must be for a child who has spent her entire life moving from foster home to foster home to finally feel like she had her own family and a home.. But for the first time in her life, she had finally reached that point with the posters. And now she faces the threat of being uprooted and separated from the people she has grown to love and trust. Even worse, she might be separated from Jude..the one constant in her life. It doesn't matter if another family wants her; she already has a family, I think it would have been fine for Robert to ask her to live with him, but to take the decision entirely out of her hands was wrong given that she has never felt any kind of stability or empowerment. Nevertheless, I think it's really cool that Robert cares for her so much.

Something is definitely off with Sophie and I'm really hoping she doesn't do something to herself. Brandon and Callie hooking up right after he decided to date Lou (who seems to really like him) was just poor. And whatever Jude and Connor did, doesn't give his dad the write to hit Connor like that.
Overall, I think the writers are doing a terrific job with this series, and I just hope that they can bring this whole Callie adoption crisis to a close.
