Game of Thrones - Season 5 - Mark Gatiss Returning

28 Aug 2014

Mark Gatiss is set to reprise his role as Tycho Nestoris, the world’s most fearsome banking executive, in the fifth season of HBO’s fantasy hit.

The Sherlock co-creator, writer, producer and actor is expected back on the Thrones set in Croatia next week.At the time, it wasn’t clear if the guest appearance was a one-time thing, and producers haven’t previously said whether he’ll be back one way or another.

Gatiss is set for another busy year, splitting his work on Thrones, Doctor Who and Sherlock—which he describes as having a “darker” fourth-season plan.

  1. Awesome! i had no idea he acted! I didn't pay attention to his character much last season and never saw a picture of the Sherlock co-creator. He is a great writer!

  7. As far as I knew back when I posted this, the only confirmed Sherlock episode was a special in 2015. Now there are rumours saying S4 should be out "early 2016". So you might be right, yes.
