    So according to this Q&A two lies and a truth about season 3:


    1. We are gonna do a boxing glove arrow.
    2. Not everybody makes it.
    3. Roy has the only new superhero suit.


    So lets speculate which are lies and which one is the truth...


    I think 2 is the truth and 1 & 3 are lies. I don't think they will use a boxing glove Arrow. At least Ray Palmer is going to get a costume and maybe Laurel by season end. So someone is going to die in season 3.

    Agreed! Unless he's twisting the boxing glove one is some way. I'm pretty sure he said that The Arrow's getting a suit upgrade too in an earlier interview. So that leaves 2.

    I thought Stephen was talking about Oliver getting a new suit or something :p While I can't see Laurel getting a superhero suit by the end of this season (end of next season maybe?), the only other person I can probably see getting one is Ray or Thea (although hers may be super villain?).


    Other than that, the first one is a bit too ridiculous unless it's brought in as a joke made by either Roy, Digg, or Felicity. The second one makes sense. My theory is either Sara, Lyla, or Sin might not make it past this season (ugh). And even then, Stephen might've meant that some minor characters won't make it? I'm banking on Sin biting the dust though as it's that terrible something that will bring Roy and Sara closer (as Colton said in an interview earlier). I sinceriously hope not though

    Stephen said Oliver will get an upgrade to his costume not a new one. I expect Ray, Laurel or Thea to get a costume this season. Also Katana is around. She could also get one depending on if she is a villain or super hero.


    I have a bad feeling Sara is going to bite the dust. Something has to give for Laurel to put on a mask and fight crime. I like sin. I don't want her to die. I liked her with Thea and Roy.

    Me too. I love Sara and Caity Lotz is a cutie. But she is already on borrowed time imo. Sin has so much potential. It will be sad to see her die. But the actress actually got a gig in an Mtv show so who knows?? Something life changing has to happen for Laurel to want to put on a mask and run around saving people.

    Ahhh, I thought he said that he was getting a new suit altogether. IDK why lol


    So I thought about it and I added another person to the potentially dies list: Lyla, Sin, Nyssa, and Sara. I mean Stephen Amell didn't specify that only one person won't make it. I assume more than one person will die? Nyssa would be a way to introduce Ra's (thus the, if Sara kills Nyssa all of us will pay). Sara's death would be a reason for Laurel to 'become her sister' in a sense. Sin would bring Sara and Roy closer as well as lead Sara down a dark path. Lyla's death could be devastating for Digg and tear his relationship with Oliver apart?


    Also, I think as Team Arrow has an identity crisis, this will potentially rip the team apart for the time being only for it to be put back together by the end of the season. I feel like that would be an interesting sub plot the writers can explore. And I feel team arrow can only come out of it stronger.

    I really hope Lyla is not killed off. I just don't want Digg to be a single parent. Their's is a mature love story with no CW cliche dialogues it is refreshing to see. Also Lyla's death will create a huge mess.


    Sin seems like the most likely candidate considering CH's comment on Sara and Roy coming together due to a tragedy and also Bex is getting a role in another show.


    If Nyssa is going to die I don't think it will be by the hands of Sara. Most probably Ra's will send Nyssa and Sara to execute Malcolm. Malcolm will kill Nyssa in a fight. Ra's comes to Starling to exact revenge from Malcolm. Sara wants to fight with Ra's to avenge Nyssa where as Oliver will be conflicted whether to side with Ra's and kill Malcolm and thus take away Thea's father and alienate her more or to go against Ra's and LoA as they are more dangerous to Starling city. It will put Sara and Oliver at odds and send Sara through a dark path and eventually her death. That will open Laurel a slot to be a masked hero *meh* (I just don't see any scenario where I will be okay with killing Sara to make Laurel BC. But I know its going to happen. So better reconcile with this now itself.)


    I also think at some point core Team Arrow Digg, Felicity and Oliver will be at odds this season. They had a smooth ride after Digg and Oliver's fight in season 1. Some shake up will happen and they will come out stronger because of it.

    The latest photo I've seen of him in the suit on his FB page looks like he's wearing the same thing as last year so if it's him it's certainly not in the first few episodes. Maybe he gets a new suit later in the year.
