ReplyDeleteAgree. Because he mentioned John, I have a feeling it'll be an answer that will give us answers as to how Malcolm Merlyn survived an arrow through the heart.
ReplyDeleteserinda swan can't portray zatanna because it would count as a spun-off character from smallville and arrow's not a spin-off from smallville, and you're right anno it' weird that they put 50th like a milestone
ReplyDeleteI doubt there's a real magician involved. Arrow dipped its foot into the sci-fi pool last season, sure, but I don't see them going with full-on fantasy and magic. Not after the producers' endless declarations about how this isn't a superhero show and everything is (pseudo-)realistic.
ReplyDeleteProbably, maybe even the announced limo scene between Malcolm and Thea. Overall a back story for Malcolm and maybe his time with Thea.
ReplyDeleteMakes sense, and "Magician" could be playing off of the Merlyn/ Merlin name as well.
ReplyDeleteOne of Merlyns aliases in the comics is also Merlyn the Magician. It might be a reference to that.

I knew people would think that. So predictable. Merlyn in the comics is known as a Magician.
ReplyDeleteArrow doesn't have to follow the comics. They can make any character any age they want. They made Sin a teenager didn't they?
