  1. Beauty and the Beast, still can´t believe it was renewed :(

  2. I just got paid $7500 working off my computer this month. And if you think that's cool, my friend has twin toddlers and made over $8k her first month. It feels so good making so much money when other people have to work for so much less. This is what I do,

Beauty and the Beast and Hart of Dixie.

  4. This is the one post where i'll be happy to see BatB topping the chart!!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Beauty and the Beast. However I wouldn't mind if Supernatural was announced as its final season.

    ReplyDelete
  6. BatB and Supernatural. Other - TVD, The Originals.

Hart of Dixie, i love Batb

  8. Pretty negatively worded post, one that doesn't even apply to viewers of the network. Even a switch-out poll would have required you to prefer something that got canceled. This feels like a way to bait a hatefest. Which shows have you stopped watching or have gone off the rails even would draw in posters who have watched. This is just chum to the waters.

That said, I'll answer which show do I think has lost all of its potential and a final partial season to wrap it up is just keeping good/entertaining actors from getting new jobs. I think HOD, Supernatural, and BATB have gone off the rails. I rewatched season 1 of HOD and I can't say how sad I am to see how lost they got. I like shows to end with happy fulfilling endings and there isn't one left for me with HOD, so maybe it would be better if it were canceled. BATB's season 2 reboot was absurd and fixed none of the problems, let it go. Supernatural was once a great show, it's not now and all the canon reimagining and crap is ruining the old stuff, please stop doing that.

    ReplyDelete
  9. BATB and Hart of Dixie for me. I'd also voted for Supernatural because, despite I love the show with all my heart,I think it's really time to let it go now.

    ReplyDelete
  10. here we go, everyone is going to vote negative for batb, because people just don't know a good show when they see one, nevermind that they probably never watched it to begin with.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Poor TVD, it´s third and will probably grow, all the CW shows I watch I like, so I voted for none.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Hmm. Not sure what The 100 has done wrong to get 30 votes already, but hey ho. Voted BatB.

  13. I have the feeling the comments in this thread could get very interesting.

Beauty and the beast. I'm still shocked it got renewed, and I don't understand why.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Batbis the most boring tv show I've ever watched.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Juliana Carvalho30 July 2014 at 12:19

    That's a mean poll!

    ReplyDelete
  17. I don't wanna be mean but : Finally a poll I want BATB to win!

    ReplyDelete
  18. That's exactly etat I thought when I saw the poll;)

    ReplyDelete
  19. I have nothing against then, but HoD and BATB are occupying a slot that could have gone to a new show.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I finally found a poll that I can vote for Beauty and the Beast and my second pick is TVD, it has gone downhill since season 2 for me. Carver is doing his best to kill SPN, but I am still hanging in with it.

A while back there was a poll that Dean Winchester won and beasties were crying because they did not feel Jay was treated right, well Dean is in the final of another poll and Jay is not in the running....AGAIN.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I don't necessarily want to see it cancelled, but The Originals won't get anymore ratings from me because too many stories from The Vampire Diaries are being recycled. The only difference is that the recycled stories are so dark and disturbing that they're not entertaining to adults in general, which is supposed to be the target audience. This might have been the last chance to bring back Mikael and Esther because the Other Side is gone, but that didn't mean the writers had to do it. Mikael's story was already told in flashbacks, and Esther's story could have been as well. That's how it's done in spin-offs because fans already know what the old characters and stories were about. A show like that had so many possibilities. It's a shame.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I agree.
Mikael and Esther will be killed in 4-5 episodes.Recycled story. It's a shame.

    ReplyDelete
  23. The originals and the vampire diaries. All for one reason, Klaus!

    ReplyDelete
  24. "Good" IYO is subjective. Good for you is NOT good for me. I did watch the show so IMO, it is not good or even mediocre. I find your comment funny. "Don't know a good show when they see one." Yes we do and they're all higher rated with higher viewership so evidently, SOME do know good when they see it. And when they don't.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I watched 4 episodes of BatB and didn't like it, so no, not everyone who voted against it has never watched the show. But I think most of the votes against it are for 2 reasons:
    1. Retribution for all of the annoying spamming with hashtags that some obsessive BatB fans do.
    2. The fact that the show got renewed despite very low ratings, while other shows (which did not perform worse) got cancelled.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Thank you. I can't properly articulate the insanity that was giving Klaus his own show. WTF?

    ReplyDelete
  27. The Originals is a much better show than one might think. I was very "meh" about it last summer and almost didn't try it out but I ended up really liking it. Even though the post Rebekah episodes weren't as much "must watch right away TV" for me, the whole season was great and I like the show better than TVD nowadays. I had many issues with Klaus on TVD but they approach the character differently there.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I disagree. Neither of them is even on the fall schedule so they will be spackle/ Friday/ summer options, all of which would be unlikely to go new shows. The CW already has 2 newbies to launch come midseason and I think that's as much as they ever got.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I love The 100 so much too, I wish the show would explode the cw ratings.

    ReplyDelete
  30. To be honest, why would I want a show to be cancelled? I mean, I know people are mad about BatB to be renewed, and I personally don't watch that show, but that doesn't mean I want it to be cancelled.... I'm sure there are people who love that show, so why would I bring them pain and suffering with a cancelled show (believe me, I know the pain).

    ReplyDelete
  31. My vote against it is because of all of the annoying hashtag fans. So you're correct.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I'm really interested in what TVD's ratings will be in the fall. I'm still suprised it fell as hard as it did this season.

    ReplyDelete
  33. It's hard to pick. I only watch BATB, Supernatural, absolutely love those 2 shows, my all time favorites. Btw, I mostly watch supernatural or super hero shows or drama.

Reign is ok to watch, but I never watched Heart of Dixie and are not going to (not my type of show).

I hate The Vampires Diaries and The Originals, worst vampires show EVER, also hate how the ruined Arrow completely, mostly with absolutely absurd moral standards, that's not possible to overlook. What amazes me is that this does not seems to bother people. I really wanted to watch that show but It was just to stupid... and that's leaving out the acting! BATB and Arrows where the shows that I was most exited about when the first trailers came out... BATB started a bit slow but got amazing fast while Arrow started out good but got horrible even faster. Hope they won't ruin Flash the same way!
The 100 looked promising in the trailers, but really, the story is just not worth watching. 100 kids in the jungle fighting among themselves is just not fun to watch. I gave up after 5 episodes. Star-Crossed was 1000 times better.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Same here. Last season the fans were incredible annoying. This site has many passionate fans but nobody acts as annoying and crazy as the BatB fanbase.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Probably people who are bitter and still think The 100 was chosen over their favorite show to get renewed.

    ReplyDelete
  36. this poll is poorly worded. its pretty much "which show do you like the least on CW"?
it should have been "which show that you watch do you believe has become poor or run its course and shouldn't continue"

I for one never liked B&B and only watched a few episodes but from what I understand it has gotten a lot better in later seasons, the poll doesnt really reflect that.
I for one only voted for shows I do watch.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Yeah, I think this fall will stay around 2 million, more or less, this new season looks really good.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 14:05

I wouldn't have none of them cancelled, but if I had to pick one it would be Beauty and The Beast only because of its ratings and because it's not my cup of tea, but I have nothing against the show or its fans nor I'm rooting against it.
That said, I wish The Tomorrow People was renewed and maybe I would have cancelled something else, but being a freshman with low ratings could have ensured a spackle second season at best

    ReplyDelete
  39. Too easy: BatB.
And as a former TVD fan who can't quit the show I hope this season is the last. The show has been going down since the second half of S3 and I think it would be the best to end it. Plec wants to do a seventh and final season but I hope the main cast says no and the sixth season is the last one.

    ReplyDelete
  40. harleen quinzel30 July 2014 at 14:22

Nope...the Supernatural fans can be. As a joke even Stephen Amell said they scare him.

Ma guarda che novità-----tutti contro #Batb!!! Meno male che abbiamo le spalle grosse e un granu cuore noi!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 14:28

hey, I watched it but it wasn't my cup of tea, that doesn't mean I don't know what a good show is, it's a matter of taste. I always try to be respectful towards every fan of every show, but I hate when people say "you don't watch my show! You have shitty taste!". Even as a Fringe fan I hated when people said that about Fringe, and I hate it right now when people say that about Beauty and The Beast. Besides, why don't you guys/gals tell us an actual reason about why you love the show so much? All I've read so far from most of the fandom is "Cat and Vincent kiss! Cat and Vincent fight! Cat and Vincent are the best couple XOXO!" and there are only very few who actually went beyond that and explained what they found interesting/entertaining about the show.
If you want your show to be taken seriously, please get real, talk about solid and well fundamented reasons about why you love the show, otherwise people will mock you. I have no hatred and no trouble with Beauty and The Beast being on the air and having a passionate fandom, in fact I encourage the passion, but it needs to treated better, the whole reason why the show is so good can't be because of just a couple. Give us something that really tell us this is a good show and we'll see

if you don't know/comment on english, why publish a comment here? I mean, I have nothing against other languages, but I doubt many people will understand you here in SpoilerTV xD

  45. I watched TTP and was bummed that it got cancelled, but I'm not taking it out on The 100 because 1) its renewal over TTP, if we look at it that way, is understandable from a ratings standpoint, and 2) The 100 fans don't torture me endlessly on this site with stupid hashtags and taking over every poll.

    ReplyDelete
  46. You and the rest of the free world that isn't Twilight fans.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I'm guessing because it would open up the slot for a different show or save your favorite show from being cancelled. CW doesn't have a lot of slots for scripted shows, so every show that they save is at the expense of another show. It's not as noticeable on the other network stations because they have a lot more shows.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I personally hated The 100. I don't get the appeal at all.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Klaus is a bit of a whiner, but The Originals is getting better over time.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Your comment is quite rude. If you don't know English, then it makes zero sense to post here. Unless you don't care about a constructive conversation, in which case I hope your comment gets deleted.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Voted for BatB and Supernatural.

BatB for obvious reasons and Supernatural because I think that all shows should end when they reach 10 seasons.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I still keep thinking it was the CBS & WB deal. Mentalist for Beauty and Beast.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Mr. Pedowitz has explained why : "Beauty and the Beast has a very engaged fan base. It had a very big international following. We brought it back because it’s a very profitable show for everybody. That’s the reality to it."

  54. Angelica Rubini30 July 2014 at 15:00

Brava Patty. ..ci siamo noi e bastiamo così. ..ci capiamo da sole hahaha

    ReplyDelete
  55. Really? This season was horrible, so it's no surprise more and more people gave up watching.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Patrizia Trevisan30 July 2014 at 15:03

    No comments, better!!!

    ReplyDelete
  57. Maybe, but it's not like it's directly attack one show or fandom.

    ReplyDelete
  58. You display the typical A) intelligence and B) politeness of a BatB fan on this site. Don't be surprised that your show is winning this poll by a landslide. At least it's winning a poll that it deserves to win, for once.

    ReplyDelete
  59. If Plec wants to do a seventh season, won't the cast saying "no" guarantee that it pretty much ends on a poor note, as the sixth season won't be written as a series finale?

    ReplyDelete
  60. Ditto it had a cool premise, surprising good acting, few romantic love triangles and little drama of the sort for a CW show (is that the problem?), good action, pretty solid writing and a interesting lead female character.

    ReplyDelete
  61. It was really bad. Except for maybe the Silas parts, because Paul Wesley was great in the role.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I can't stand BATB not winning every BATB-related polls on SpoilerTV because it validates the greatness of the show

Yes. SpoilerTV polls and the applause-o-meter are truly our society's most cogent determinants of quality.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Hey I gave it five episodes, realized I thought it was mediocre and overrated and boring so I stopped.

    ReplyDelete
  64. It´s a global world Xico!!!. If you use internet you must know use google translator or bing??? no!!!!???

    ReplyDelete
  65. This type of poll is negative. It's stinks!!! Because voting for some show to exit? Someone likes then!! Vote by that more love not by that less like!. As I said is ugly, negative and stinks

    ReplyDelete
  66. Agreed. No matter what people thought of it, it's ratings were godawful.

    ReplyDelete
  67. C'mon now, why blame a strawman? I didn't vote for The 100, but if I did, it would be because I know enough about how groups formulate policies to be taken out of the show every time I watched it. Like how a physician feels watching a medical show. Combine that with the various plot holes -- which doesn't bother me on a lot of shows -- and it's just not my bag.

I'm sure there are plenty of good things about the show, but those of us who don't like it have equally valid criticisms. It's not a matter of bitterness, it's just a matter of what good or bad qualities stick out to the individual audience member.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Fair, pretty badass though.

    ReplyDelete
  69. I'm confused as to why it happened in season 5 though. S5 wasn't good, but S4 was worse imho (remember April?); did people just gradually give up hope in Season 5 that it would get better?

    ReplyDelete
  70. 3. Certain fans who send hate mail/death threats (and the like) when people criticise the show in even the slightest way (there was even an article suggesting how fans of the show can help it improve in the ratings etc and people STILL sent death threats). It's not all the fans - in fact it's a minority - but that's not the way to make people want to watch your show.

    ReplyDelete
  71. The 100 was one of the show that deserved to get renewed. Ratings were stable. I didn't expect TTP to get renewed over it. I expected TTP to be renewed over Star Crossed and BatB.

    ReplyDelete
  72. This is a weird poll
    :-)

    ReplyDelete
  73. It depends on what fails30 July 2014 at 15:44

    The official BATB poll.

Aside from it, Supernatural because shows lasting 10+ years only run in circles.

    ReplyDelete
  74. MrBuffySummers30 July 2014 at 15:46

Definitely Supernatural, it should have been canceled a long time ago. After Season 5 it has dropped embarrassingly in quality.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Juliana Carvalho30 July 2014 at 15:47

essentially you're right, but the topic it's basically going to be used so people can bash batb. i don't watch it and i'm not a fan, but i don't think it's necessary to keep undermining it.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Most networks decide before the season starts whether it will be the final season or not. My guess is that they are trying to convince the cast to do at least one short extra season.
If S6 happens to be the last they will know it before they air the first episode so they will have enough time to write the final episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Yes,they all want to do other things.
But Paul said that the seventh season is his last.I think he is more low profile and he doesn't want to upset Julie. But for Julie....God I am not sure what she has in her mind.

    ReplyDelete
  78. TTP was never going to be renewed over Star-Crossed or BatB because TTP is a WB/CBS co production like The 100. Star-Crossed, BatB and Reign were the ones competing with each other because they are CBS shows.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Hey at least its one poll that BATB will win legit, without having to tweet every beastie to come and vote.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Maybe you are rational but two months before the renewals/cancellations the TTP fans were spamming every site bashing The 100 (sometimes making up stuff about the show) and telling people not to watch. I never watched the show so I have nothing against it but those fans really annoyed me.

    ReplyDelete
  81. I have nothing against the show but I voted Beauty becuase its ratings did not warrant a renewal at all and also Supernatural as the quality (writing wise) just isnt there any more and I would love to see the actors move onto other projects instead. Jared Padalecki especially should be looking to move on.

    ReplyDelete
  82. What you mean that all beasties aren't intelligent and educated? I'm beastie, and if you mean this i think that your comment are really offensive! Maybe write in other language isn't correct but my friend didn't want offend anyone! Peace and love!

And sorry for my not perfect english! ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  83. It´s a global world Xico!! If you know use internet you can use google translator or Bing, no?

    ReplyDelete
  84. Don't get the hate for Seasons 4 & 5 of Vampire Diaries, just finished S4 and found it a lot better than some on here claim. Same goes for S5 I am about 5 episodes in. IMO the show is better when it focuses on the MYTHOLOGY rather than these sometimes go nowhere love triangles.

ANYWAY, why would such a question be posted? It only fules fandom wars that has no place on this site. TBTN maybe, here, no. And my option would be none as I do not favour one show over the other.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Twihards had to go somewhere BATB was it, and beasties were born.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Why would I vote on this? I wouldn't wish losing a show someone loves on anyone.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Those translating tools are a bunch a crap. In most cases they don't ever translate the words and you are left with a mess. And word for word translation is like a big no no for any translator. So they get a big side-eye from me.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Please explain this ''Ruined Arrow completely'' comment.

    ReplyDelete
  89. The last time I check.. there are more language in the world then English. This is internet. That means global ....

    ReplyDelete
  90. See that's not necessary true. People are also attacking The 100, Hart of Dixie, The Vampire Diaries and even Supernatural to some extent. Is it true that most is Beauty and the Beast? Yes but to be fair, it has terrible ratings and still got renewed over other better rated CW shows. That and it's fandom is a tad, overenthusiastic. But mainly the former.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Yeah it got a lot better. Acting wise, writing wise, action wise, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  92. You are right! But you can manages to construct a sentence and catch the sense

    ReplyDelete
  93. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 16:31

Yeah, I have no trouble with that, but this is an english website, and as such if you want to be understood or making a point the post should be on english. If the fan in question wants to support Beauty and The Beast, why doesn't he/she writes on english?
My native language is spanish, but I always write on english here so everyone can understand what I'm saying

    ReplyDelete
  94. But as a translator it hurts me in my soul.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 16:35

I don't trust the translating tools, a lot of sense is missing on those. I've tried them out while trying to write japanese and it was hell.
I don't have anything about people speaking/writing in other languages, but SpoilerTV has a majority of english speaking/writing people, so I just don't make any sense of posting something on another language that will only make it harder to understand. My native language is Spanish, but I always write on English so everyone can understand me

    ReplyDelete
  96. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 16:37

Could I ask you what do you like about the show? I hope it doesn't sound mean, because that's not my intention, it's just that most of the comments I've seen have to do with the Cat/Vincent pairing, so can you tell me if there is anything else to the show aside from that? What's good about it? I've watched like 3 episodes and wasn't compelled to watch more, so I really want to understand what is it that you people see in the show. I would really appreciate a well fundamented answer :)

    ReplyDelete
  97. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 16:38

The 100 is not about 100 kids fighting themselves, is about outcast teenagers trying to build something by themselves while exploring the many sides of their humanity. Saying that it's only about kids fighting themselves is being very short sighted

    ReplyDelete
  98. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 16:39

    I agree completely

    ReplyDelete
  99. Ditto. It is perplexing to me.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Half of this comment makes no sense.

    ReplyDelete
  101. You display the typical A) hatred, B) Despite and C) Disrespect of that ones who don't accept those who think differently from themself

    ReplyDelete
  102. CBS has three shows now: The Messengers, Jane The Virgin and BatB. But many CW shows are co-productions (CBS and WB): The 100, TVD, TO, Reign and HoD.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 16:43

I miss Supernatural's early years. Up to season 5 I truly loved the show and it was one of my very favorites alongside Fringe, but from season 6 onwards I just couldn't keep watching, it just wasn't the same :(

    ReplyDelete
  104. This type
of poll is negative. it stinks. Because voting for some show exit? Someone
likes!! Vote by that more love not by that less like!. As I said, is ugly, negative and
stinks hatred. It´s like who think this poll have an agenda

    ReplyDelete
  105. I know the Supernatural fans can be crazy but it's easy to ignore them. The BatB fans were everywhere and spamming every article.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Juliana Carvalho30 July 2014 at 16:45

I agree with your reasoning and I was perplexed by the fact that batb got renewed. But that doesn't mean i wanted it to get cancelled. I guess that's where i got the mean vibe from the poll, like someone said in another comment, it promotes a hatefest.

    ReplyDelete
  107. True, I don´t think I saw any other show with such horrible ratings.

    ReplyDelete
  108. harleen quinzel30 July 2014 at 16:51

I think they just really wanted the show renewed. It was coming down to the wire and it didn't seem like a resolution would be given so they were panicking. I'm a fan of both shows but batb season 2 was just all over the place and supernatural seems to have fallen into the wash rinse repeat cycle because its been on too long. I watch every show on this poll except the 100. Couldn't get into it...

    ReplyDelete
  109. That isn't season five's problem. It's because it's villains are terrible, poorly defined and pretty forgettable, Elena as a character only gets more codependent on Damon and annoying. Bonnie's entire plot is really weak, she only really serves as a stake and then as Jeremy's love interest. Tyler is well a jerkass. Damon's characterization goes bad and forth so much it hurts. And the finale although pretty good, again never feels very tense because you know *sort of spoiler*

that none of the characters will permanently die.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 16:52

I think season 5 was the perfect ending, even Eric Kripke, the creator, said so himself and he left the show after The CW didn't let him end the show back then. Everything after that was an undoing of what Kripke forged as a perfect series ender

    ReplyDelete
  111. Not bothered about BATB haters,we got renewed and I am very happy so feel free to hate away folks...

    ReplyDelete
  112. may I add a "Just " in front of that?

    ReplyDelete
  113. Patrizia Trevisan30 July 2014 at 17:05

    absolutely so!!!

    ReplyDelete
  114. Well at least you didn't hashtag. Thank you for that. But you should be your show is alive.

    ReplyDelete

I dig the theme of love, but I like it when it is subtlety delivered. One of the reasons I bought Olivia and Peter as a couple in Fringe is because their relationship grew slowly and steady, from co-workers to friends to a couple, it just happened naturally and they didn't say "I love you" that much to each other, they just would walk down corridors with their hands held, they would have some nice gestures for each other from time to time or give each other a smile or something, while never shouting out their love for each other.

On Beauty and The Beast, on the other hand, I felt that love was pretty much shouted out from the roof, I remember watching Cat shouting Vincent "you know who I am! You know what we feel for each other!" or something like that. I felt their relationship was quite rushed and instead of building something slowly and real it was as it all was so fast and furious that it just didn't click with me.

But that's me; I appreaciate the answer and I can understand- to some extent- why that theme is appealing to you. I like couples that are more subtle, but I guess some people also like some other like are..,. I don't know, fated? And that's really ok

Very bad poll and stop hating BATB. BATB fans do not behave as well with the other shows

    ReplyDelete
  118. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 17:08

There are some who do; I've seen BATB fans bashing others shows. No one is truly free of guilt in the bashing matter.
But I do agree in the fact that there shouldn't be bashing at all

  119. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 17:10

    Now that's the attitude!

    ReplyDelete
  120. Excellent sarcasm.

    ReplyDelete
  121. It needs to end. Last season was so very bad. I miss Kripke.

    ReplyDelete
  122. There are several types of love. I liked to the relationship of Peter and Olivia, but it is a different kind love. It is a love, as you said, that grew, slowly! This is a love that was born and ... I don't know how to explain! It's that kind of love who is especial!! I invite you to see at least 10 ep of S1. I bet you will start to sigh and to like love. Let's make you addict in love.

    ReplyDelete
  123. Reign and The Vampire Diaries.
I know both have giant fanbases but Reign lost me 3 episodes in with it's shipper focused-ness and the way it shat on history.

TVD simply because its best days are behind it. TVD is now merely a shipper heaven with no focus on its characters or storyarcs. Merely Delena. It's basically like Reigns first three episodes (only that TVD was better in its first two seasons)

    ReplyDelete
  124. Why? You don't like Love? In another Show Love is second or an excuse to hot and sexual scenes. In this show Love is the essential. We batb fans don't need sexual scenes. We only need that "je ne ce quoi" (that same thing....) who makes our heart beat and enjoy. that this show have, or had in 1 season

    ReplyDelete
  125. None. If I don't like a show, or fell out of love with a show, I just stop watching.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Oh god. Yes I don't mind romance and relationships, but there's a difference between a well built compatible chemistry and relationship that takes its time and makes characters believable and realistic (like Peter and Olivia for instance) and the over the top love on Beauty and the Beast Vincat stuff which is just angst for the sake of angst and melodrama. I get it you like them, but understand that many people don't and find it obnoxious.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Yeah just watched it, only makes me not want to ever watch Batb even more. This show is very much like Twilight in its view of love.

    ReplyDelete
  128. why? That's a negative vote. Don't think it's a constructive thing

    ReplyDelete
  129. Reign got better in the last episodes but I think it was too little too late. I hope S2 is better.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Oh Reign it's so inaccurate. I wonder if Francis will die in season 2.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Personally I have no problem with discussing things through google translate with someone who doesn't speak English. If they don't speak English they are likely from a different culture to mine, but if they are talking on here it means they like the same shows as me. That means that we both like the same subjects and with us being from different cultures we can get different perspectives on the shows we like, which breeds discussion in itself. Talking to someone who has the same views as you all the time doesn't always give a 'constructive conversation'. So to whoever wrote that comment in another language which has since been deleted, I'd be more than happy to have a constructive conversation with you.

    ReplyDelete
  132. I agree. Now TO is more enjoyable than TVD despite its flaws. I just hope Caroline never shows up in TO.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Now I get what you mean.
Yes, I thought Reign was a CBS show but it's actually a co-production.

    ReplyDelete
  134. I don't mind Reign being inaccurate because they have said since day one that this was historical fiction and they were going to make up a lot of things.
My problem is when a show claims it's accurate when it's not (like The Borgias which I loved anyway)

    ReplyDelete
  135. Do they have an equal share in a show or different? I am asking since i see some of those co-owned have a CBS distributer and some a WB distributer. I am so confused by CW proceedings x.x

    ReplyDelete
  136. Ok!! Be free! But let us to, ok?

    ReplyDelete
  137. Fair. I don't necessarily hold it against it (though as a history major it was hard to watch at times), I just find it really odd that they took these figures and felt like they had to teen drama it up to make a show.

    ReplyDelete
  138. People should be able to voice their opinion even if you or anyone disagrees with it (as long as it's not hate speech or inciting violence or other awful acts).

    ReplyDelete
  139. I agree with you! Like you said you are slow burning

    ReplyDelete
  140. I wasn't, (sigh) I was merely giving you my opinion. Why did you say that?

    ReplyDelete
  141. Whenever I'm not bothered by something that someone else does, I always feel the need to announce it too.

    ReplyDelete
  142. I know I'm going to get negative feedback but cw should cancel vampire diaries after season 6

    ReplyDelete
  143. You may have just helped me figure out why so many people think that S5 is worse than S4. I wasn't invested in Elena or Damon after S4, but for those who still were, the combination of S5 finishing off what S4 did to both Damon and Elena's character is a good reason to hate it.

    ReplyDelete
  144. At least Reign ended whole triangle bs in it's first season.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Oh god, no!! Sorry if I don't express myself well. I only want to say: When you be addict in the show you will Sigh like some one who is in love. Did not want to offend you and I respect your opinion. Just wanted to make a joke/prank

    ReplyDelete
  146. Arrow. A thousand times Arrow. The show is horrendous.

    ReplyDelete
  147. season 4 was pretty bad but the finale was shocking and exciting and it alone made me want to watch season 5.
season 6 on the other hand has absolutely nothing i'm looking forward to

    ReplyDelete
  148. No thanks. I didn't vote. I don't want any show that someone loves to be canceled, from any network! From this list I only use to watch Arrow and TVD so if I had no choice I'd pick one of the other shows, maybe the older (sorry SPN fans!). But I have no gun threatening my head so I didn't vote! :D

    ReplyDelete
  149. IMHO, Paul building a directing career is actually a huge reason for him to stay. He won't just be able to walk off the job into a series of directing gigs, so building up his directing portfolio on TVD is a huge opportunity for him.

TVD may not be great tv, but 95% of directors on network tv don't work on great tv either, and they're still insanely lucky to have the jobs that they do, (considering what a competitive business it is).

    ReplyDelete
  150. Yeah, that's a weird juxtaposition.

  151. Patrizia Trevisan30 July 2014 at 18:23

Thanks Ross, I'm sorry for my bad English but as I said use google translator, I have written in my language (Italian) that many are against BATB, but we fans have a big heart. I have not insulted anyone, I'm only allowed to tell you to use google translator as I do, even though they often do not translate well.
That said, everyone loves and follows the TV series but who prefers to BATB is often criticized and ridiculed without having seen it for a long time and without trying to understand the emotions and feelings that many fans conveys. I hope that google has translated well and that there are too many errors, in case I'm sorry!

    ReplyDelete
  152. I'm a romantic and some times I like every one be to (romantic) only that. But if you are "slow burning" it's ok. That is good to. You know I like the "Platão" theory

    ReplyDelete
  153. Well, Rake's final episodes were on a Saturday.

    ReplyDelete
  154. Yes, we don't like BATB because it "so good".
    /sarcasm

    ReplyDelete
  155. I don't see Supernatural fans hash-tagging everywhere and asking everyone to watch their show.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Yep, same here. I liked both The 100 and TTP.

    ReplyDelete
  157. thinking back on it a season 5 series finale would probably have been the best way to go.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Victoria Llanos30 July 2014 at 18:50

All that, and most BatB fans need to learn some manners, because, really people, bashing everyone that doesn't agree with you it's just wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  159. harleen quinzel30 July 2014 at 18:52

Maybe not since supernatural has the ratings but there have been instances of the fans being nasty to the stars' wives and then there was that thing that happened with Bieber a while ago. They are hardcore and I think its great that they support their show that much but sometimes some of them are just way too extreme.

    ReplyDelete
  160. Pablo Troncoso30 July 2014 at 18:52

The last one was on Fridays and scored a 0.3, the same as Beauty and The Beast, and I think the pre-Saturday Friday ratings were about 0.5-0.4

BaTB... it shouldnt have been renewed since the first season... but hey some people loved it.. i dont.

  163. harleen quinzel30 July 2014 at 19:02

I like batb because I think its a decent show that just hit a few bumps in season 2. .the writing hopefully will be more consistent for next season because it was all over the place. The chemistry between the cast as a whole is great, the story is good too (when the writing is on point) and there is actually some diversity on the show as well. IMO the CW shows tend to have a lot of shows with diverse casts and its more realistic to me. (Excluding cable networks)

    ReplyDelete
  164. I get what you're saying, but since so many BatB fans (not saying it's everyone) drive half of this site nuts with their comments, I can't deny that I like having this opportunity to blow off some steam. Looks like I'm not the only one.

    ReplyDelete
  165. Victoria Llanos30 July 2014 at 19:04

I really don't get why most Beasties find the need to be rude to everyone that disagrees with them, and it really is most of them... It's very sad...

    ReplyDelete
  166. They're both at fault, but what Tyler did was still uncalled for.

    ReplyDelete
  167. Victoria Llanos30 July 2014 at 19:09

If only we could rid TO of Klaus, it would a much better show. All it needs is Elijah and Rebecca, now that Hayley had baby Hope, there's no real need for Klaus.

    ReplyDelete
  168. Ummm, what he did? Honestly, I don't remember him doing anything in whole season.

    ReplyDelete
  169. Victoria Llanos30 July 2014 at 19:10

Right now, IMO even BatB is more enjoyable tan TVD and that's a lot to say...

    ReplyDelete
  170. It seems to me that the good writers for the vampire diaries gave all the good material to the originals and just said what ever to the vampire diaries.

    ReplyDelete
  171. I've seen the same thing. It needs to end after season 6 but the cw won't let go of any show until no one is watching it. So it will probably stay until season 10

    ReplyDelete
  172. And war happened at SpoilerTv!

    ReplyDelete
  173. I would rather have seen two new shows on the scedule than BatB and Hart of Dixie. When shows ratings are that low, I think the network should have taken a chance and put a new show on instead. I also stopped watching TVD last season, it got really really bad and I wish they would make this the last season.

    ReplyDelete
  174. Well after Seed and Backpackers, at least BatB showed it didn't hit the record lows everyone predicted it would hit. I could see it as a summer series - the CW has to have some original programming going on in the summer. So why not HoD and BatB?

    ReplyDelete
  175. I would never wish for a series to be canceled, but since you asked................I have never watched Hart of Dixie, will never watch Hart of Dixie, and don't know why anyone would. Next is Beauty and the Beast (or Beauty, if you follow the showcase blog)..............I grow up with Linda Hamilton and Ron Pearlman "Beauty and the Beast" so that settles that! 4 A SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE, I am still Nobody!!!

    ReplyDelete
  176. He is being sarcastic. Read some of his other comments. When strung together, he is one of the funniest commentators around because he has a great dry wit.

  177. Bunky Bunk's answer was sarcasm at its finest. Look at some of his other comments.

    ReplyDelete
  178. Reign started as a CBS show.

    ReplyDelete
  179. Nothing positive comes from this poll. You are absolutely right. It is a way for people to vent at fandoms they are upset at, which in the end does zero for good TV conversation.

    ReplyDelete
  180. Please do not drag the Character Cup into this. It is a refuge from this exact kind of poll.

    ReplyDelete
  181. Whenever someone else is happy about their show and isn't going to engage with bashers, I always feel the need to cut them down too - paraphrasing you here.

    ReplyDelete
  182. LOL Yup and that's a big gun you have! But I heard the SPN fans have a lot of weapons too! ;p

    ReplyDelete
  183. I don't like Beauty and the Beast. It has nothing for me as someone who really does not like romance-focused shows. However, given that horrendous Backpackers this summer and the likelihood that BatB is going to be show spackle for times when no fan in their right mind would ever want their show to land, I am happy for the BatB fans. It's not taking up room for any show I would want to watch so let them be.

    ReplyDelete
  184. IN words Ron perlman "war never changes"

I think my comment came out a little judgemental, but i really don't see the point of this poll.

    ReplyDelete
  186. That seems illogical to me. I know what you said above about the co-production thing but surely, from a ratings standpoint, TTP was more likely to get renewed over SC/BatB than it was The 100, even if the ratings were to drop quite a bit?

    ReplyDelete
  187. Juliana Carvalho30 July 2014 at 21:15

I understand. It's frustrating sometimes, but my M.O. is to not engage in discussions with some types of fans, especially because most of the time they don't have arguments (or manners) to sustain a interesting conversation.

  188. SHIELDNCISArrowfan30 July 2014 at 21:33

this poll has an obvious winner already.........but not the best worded poll question

    ReplyDelete
  189. Season 4 at least had a clear goal - the quest for the cure. Season 5 was just all over the place and none of the arcs were properly developed. The Augustine storyline was just there, nothing came from it really and Wes & Aaron were such non-characters. Markos was a horrible villain and that entire story arc was a disaster.

There's just no clear direction anymore.
