  1. Ι voted for Joss Carter, but where is Kevin Tran????

  2. Kevin Tran (Supernatural)

    ReplyDelete
  3. I've voted for other because Kevin Tran is not in the list. So I've voted for Kevin Tran

Andrea, sad and lame. One of the best and beloved characters in the comic treat like crap in the crappy show.

    ReplyDelete
  5. definitely joss carter from POI from the list provided. I would also have to say Tommy from Arrow and Nora from Revolution.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Tommy Merlyn - Arrow

    ReplyDelete
  7. Poll was obviously submitted before his death. That is why we have "Other - leave comment".

    ReplyDelete
  8. Richard Harrow :( And even though it was never resolved (so maybe he survived but unlikely) John Cooper from Southland.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Sheriff Thomas McAllister - The Mentalist

    ReplyDelete
  10. Kevin Tran (Supernatural), Joss Carter (Person Of Interest), Debra Morgan (Dexter).

    ReplyDelete
  11. Joss Carter.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Kevin Tran - #Supernatural

    ReplyDelete
  13. Merle was actually really sad but more because of Daryl.
Evan - BatB was sad too because it actually was the first "character" who died and it was this sighn that not everybody can survive.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Does Archie Hopper (OuaT) count even though it was revealed that he didn't actually die? Because the whole aftermath where everyone thought he died was pretty sad. Especially Geppetto's speech at the funeral.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Joss carter - person of interest , i also though Hershel Greene from the walking dead death was quite sad as well.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Damn, should not have looked at this poll as there are some shows I ahve not caught up with yet and now I know I am not going to like them! My own fault though as I am way behind in some cases.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Other: Kol Mikaelson.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Couldn't agree more, she is my absolute favourite character in the comic but the show just ruined her completely. There was no proper depth or development for her such a huge shame.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Robb from Game of Thrones
    Carter from POI

Amanda & Declan from Revenge, even though they weren't characters I liked too much, their death scenes were really sad.

Silas from TVD simply because im too sad to see him go, his character was alot of fun this season.

Indeed. I'm glad that there are out there true fans of the comics like you between the tv show fans. It's not only her treatment in the tv show but her storyline with others characters too, the love story with Dale is one of most memorable, fresh and original stories that I read, and they f*cked up that too. And this only talking about Andrea, others character are lamely adapted, and the plot in the series overall is very banal, boring and inconsequential.

I'm sad about all of the tv show fans who don't know the comics, all of you are missing pure gold..

    ReplyDelete
  21. Lots of Others:

Kate on NCIS, though I get to enjoy Sasha on Rizzoli and Isles now. Also I think if they choose to kill off Det Frost on Rizzoli and Isles due to the real like death of Lee Thompson Young, it could be quite sad too.

I only recently caught up with Chicago Fire and thought Hallie's death was very sad, and Haley on Criminal Minds.

    ReplyDelete
  22. How could you leave off hershel? I was absolutely devastated when he died

    ReplyDelete
  23. This is "Saddest TV Death of 2013" not "of all time" so Haley and Kate don't count.

    ReplyDelete
  24. The poll was submitted before his death.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Since the poll says "saddest" it wouldn't be Clay for me, because he's deserved it the whole series.

So from the list I would say Finn Hudson's off-screen death, Andrea from The Walking Deadm and Terry from True Blood.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Where is Hershel? Or Kevin Tran? or just last night with Arrow? Can't remember Manu's characters name. His death didn't really sadden me but it was a little surprising.

  27. Historical_Materialist6 December 2013 at 12:30

Grey Wind (Robb Stark's Dire Wolf) on Game of Thrones.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I went with Catelyn Stark on Game of Thrones. The utter despair having witnessed Robb's death and betrayal was overwhelming.

I would nominate Hank Schrader or Andrea Cantillo from Breaking Bad.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Ah didn't even see that, teaches me to not read everything fully. I just saw saddest TV death and I don't watch the majority of the shows listed so I didn't cotton on. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Kevin Tran, with Finn and Carter coming in behind him.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I'd have to say it's a toss-up between Finn and Brian Griffin from Family Guy.

    ReplyDelete
  32. EmbraceYourInnerFreak6 December 2013 at 12:57

Joss Carter, that broke my heart...

    ReplyDelete
  33. 11th Doctor and Kevin Tran
    *cry.....a lot*

    ReplyDelete
  34. I can only vote for one??!! Hmm...have to go with Walter White. I miss Breaking Bad and it was so sad (yet expected) to see him die. That being said - his death was perfect!
Secondly, Robb Stark, the Red Wedding was perfect and the Wolf will be missed.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I voted from Debra Morgan from Dexter because I loved her and her death was so unnecessary. But Robb and Catelyn Stark from Game of Thrones are close second. A lot of other deaths were also sad but I wasn't surprised for them to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I´m guessing this Poll was submitted before those people died.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Kevin Tran

    ReplyDelete
  38. Maruschka van Veen6 December 2013 at 13:19

Finn Hudson, i loved Finn, he was my favorite on Glee, the one that got them all together, who showed that the popular guy could love the underdog.

    ReplyDelete
  39. DANIEL DOUGLAS. He was fun...Why Shonda, whyyyyyy

    ReplyDelete
  40. Finn & Joss were a near tie, I voted Joss only because I had more connection to her character
Like a couple people said, notable omission - Kevin Tran
What about Donald/September on Fringe? That was in 2013, barely.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I was sad to see Colin Donell go, because he was a really nice guy. But his character didn't do anything of note.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Kevin Tran... I was blubbering like a fool. It came out of nowhere.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Argh! So many!

    Brian - Family Guy
    Amber - House
    Amanda - Revenge
    Carter - Person Of Interest
    Kate - NCIS
Charlie - Two And A Half Men (even though it was funny)

    ReplyDelete
  44. Other - Tommy (Arrow)
    Second - Joss Carter,

    ReplyDelete
  45. Slade is still alive..

    ReplyDelete
  46. Hank Schrader was saddest for me. Walter White deserved to die and I expected it, but I always held out hope that Hank would make it to the end. Such a good guy.

Next would be Merle. He was on the verge of becoming a truly good person when the zombies cut him down. He died heroically. The scene where Daryl found him was poignant.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Hank Schrader indeed (followed by Joss Carter). Shocking and very sad. Walter White's death was glorious, not sad.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Joss Carter - POI
    Brian - Family Guy
    Richard Harrow - Boardwalk Empire
    Catelyn Stark - GoT

    ReplyDelete
  49. Col. Potter from Mash. It was not only heartbreaking to hear those words but shocking. Its the last thing one expected to hear Radar announce over the loud speaker. Everyone around was so happy Henry was going home, only to die on the way there,so very sad..

    ReplyDelete
  50. Kol Mikaelson

    ReplyDelete
  51. Joss Carter and it's not even close for me.. I couldn't vote Walter White even though Breaking Bad is my favourite show, because it wasn't a saddeath but the only possible end for the show..

    ReplyDelete
  52. Needs more Hank Schrader

    ReplyDelete
  53. Ceci Bibbó Pollio6 December 2013 at 14:42

Catelyn Stark for me. Heartbreaking! Michelle Fairley gave a superb performance.

    ReplyDelete
  54. i voted for Joss from POI but i would add Tommy from Arrow

    ReplyDelete
  55. Bill Masters' stillborn baby!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Tommy Merlyn - Arrow. Next I'd say Debra, even having not watched Dexter that was a sad death. Then Carter. Carter's wasn't that sad for me until the second time I watched it.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Robb and Catelyn for sure. I cried my weight in tears watching the episode even though I knew what was going to happen!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Tommy Merlyn on Arrow by far. That death still hits me hard whenever I rewatch the episode. It was such a shock and it changed almost every character on Arrow, mostly for the better. While heartbreaking, it also gave Arrow the best season 1 finale I've seen in a long time and one of the top 10 season finales of all.

    ReplyDelete
  59. l'm really sad for Carter, she was an awesome character and I'm really gonna miss her. But the saddest one for me, that made me cry my eyes out, was Maddie's death (Burn Notice).

    ReplyDelete
  60. Maddie's death was both sad and uplifting at the same time. I lvoe how she sacrificed herself for the team, but oh how that scene is hard to get through...even now.

    ReplyDelete
  61. You put Andrea of all people in this poll instead of Hershel?

    ReplyDelete
  62. Every single death from this poll :( I would add Kevin Tran.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Where the HELL is Brian Griffin?

    ReplyDelete
  64. Joss Carter, Deborah Morgan and Kevin Tran.

    ReplyDelete
  65. How is that possible? Kevin Tran died on the 12/3/2013 and you posted this poll on 12/06/2013!

    ReplyDelete
  66. very true...when the veil dropped and he temporarily returned, along with all the others, i was so hoping they'd find a way to keep him around....glad i wasn't the only one:)

    ReplyDelete
  67. Lexie, Greys Anatomy, Robb and Catelyn Stark, GoT, Debra, Dexter, Joss, POI

    ReplyDelete
  68. Lexie died last year.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hershel (the walking dead)

    ReplyDelete
  70. Saddest TV death for me of 2013 was Brian the dog from Family Guy :(

    ReplyDelete
  71. Back In Black Tricksteress 959 December 2013 at 05:23

I didn't know they died because I get the shows on dvd. Having watched spn episode I would go with Kevin Tran.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Joss Carter. Even tho i was expecting her to die,i didn't expect it to happen in the last 3 minutes of the show.I.I had just taken a breath thinking okay, they made it, i can rest easy when boom,Carter and Reese get shot....Joss,will be missed.

    ReplyDelete
  73. I like how they split the vote for Game of Thrones just to give other shows a chance.

    ReplyDelete

JOSS IS LEADING!!! See that Nolan?! We still care!!!!!
