That's Sheriff McAllister right? Halleluya for Xander Berkeley.

  5. I think they're Smith, Sheriff McAllister, and Bertram. It's confirmed that Bertram and Partridge will be in the first episode and one of the 7 Red John suspects will be eliminated as a suspect by the end of the episode. It is most likely that Red John will kill one of the suspects thus eliminating one of them as a suspect. If Bertram is still alive in the second episode then Partridge will be the first one to be eliminated as a suspect. Both McAllister and Smith only have appeared once in the series so I doubt either of them is Red John and so both will be eliminated as suspects in the second episode. So that leaves Bertram, Haffner, Stiles or Kirkland. I seriously doubt Red John is the head of a cult or a law enforcement agency so it's not Stiles and Bertram. I don't think it's Kirkland because he's already too suspicious. Thus it leaves Haffner most likely to be Red John. Haffner is after all formerly a high ranking CBI agent and a Visualize member as revealed in the episode 'Red Barn' where in the same episode it is also revealed that Red John is/was part of Visualize.
