Please slap me, I'm a real Cheryl, I almost forgot to write a review of this episode I got the honor (well, privilege, really, honor is taking it too far) to see in advance.

Put in a nutshell: I didn't really like it, it was clearly inferior to last week's good episode, and even worse than episode 4.08. I'm sorry to say this is probably the worst episode of the season.

Even if it's Archer, fart and barf jokes don't work for me, and a dog being involved only makes it worse (animals and kids, 95% of the time they're a pain in the ass in TV or movies - to be fair it's also kind of true in real life).

And I've grown tired of the Archer/Lana old couple dynamic, where she's really angry and yells at him, and he doesn't take that seriously. Maybe it's because I didn't care for the plot of the episode but it just bore me.

The only thing made me really laugh were the scenes back at ISIS with Cheryl, when Mrs Archer told her to say that she "wasn't here" - which was a figure of speech, obviously - and then in another scene she's with a mirror trying to see if she's a ghost or a vampire, I loved that. You'll see, it most certainly is the highlight of the episode.

Don't expect the best of Archer tonight, that is clearly not the case. Hopefully next week's episode will be as good as some of the earlier episodes of the season (and finally put to use some stuff like Ray's bionic legs or the Barry/Katya alliance).

Two quotes that I liked :

— Technically, she's right. Who's a son of a bitch? Are you a son of a bitch?

— Something about nukes and Pakistan, or one of the -akistan, I forget which one (that's not the Republicans talking, it's from the show - you're welcome, Jon Stewart).
