Hey Guys,
Merry Christmas from Me and the Team

If Bored of watching the same Christmas movies again and again... Then here are 5 movies based on real life event that are worth watching, which you can enjoy this holiday season.

1) Titanic: I hope nobody is surprised to see this "Fantastic" movie at the top of my list. This was the first English movie I ever saw.
And I'm so glad it was.
Titanic is without a doubt My FAVORITE film of all time. The fact that the story has the power to make viewers drown in their tears due to the sheer emotion of the film is pretty impressive. Not many films have that powerful effect on their audience. I have lost count about how many time I have watched this movie. The cast was also amazing
Kate Winslet(My Fav Actress) and Leonardo DiCaprio did an amazing job to capture the felling of this great piece of art.
Hope you Love it too.

Plot: A seventeen-year-old aristocrat, expecting to be married to a rich claimant by her mother, falls in love with a kind but poor artist aboard the luxurious, ill-fated R.M.S. Titanic.

Buy or Rent: Amazon UK, Amazon US & iTunes

Why to Watch it: The amazing acting form the cast. A story of undying love. Titanic is a romance, an adventure, and a thriller all rolled into one, which makes it a must watch.
P.S. - In case you are wondering I'm a hopeless romantic :P

2) The Blind Side: This is another amazing story I wish everybody in the world knew about. The moments leading to when I watched the movie were filled with happiness. It was really pleasing to know that this was based on a true story, which was unbelievable. So I "hit" the replay button and started watching 129 Min. of kindness and Awesomeness. I bet you will do the same.

Plot: The story of Michael Oher, a homeless and traumatized boy who became an All American football player and first round NFL draft pick with the help of a caring woman and her family.

Buy or Rent: Amazon UK, Amazon US & iTunes

Why to Watch it: Another piece of art, which was perfectly captured with the same emotion as it was in real life, by the actress           Sandra Bullock and Quinton Aaron.
Also a remarkable story of love and caring... needless to say "kindness" also.

3) Boys Don't Cry: *No Words*, that's right i was speechless when i watched the movie and still 'm. I was not the only one,
the story left millions of viewer speechless. The best way to understand why, is to watch it.

Plot: The story of the life of Brandon Teena, a transgendered teen who preferred life in a male identity until it was discovered he was born biologically female.

Trailer and Links: Trailer 1 | 2 IMDB & Wikipedia
Buy or Rent: Amazon UK, Amazon US & iTunes

Why to Watch it: Yet another jaw-dropping real life story, of "love, fear, hope and the courage it takes to be yourself" (very true).

The acting by Hilary Swank and Chloë Sevigny is remarkable which was the main reason besides the story, as to many people watched the movie.

4) Compliance: The most controversial movie of 2012, as many would say 25/50 people will only love this movie
(including me). Compliance is the exact opposite of a “crowd-pleaser.” . While I understand their reason, I do think there is a limit to how much hatred people can take.  Compliance is a thought-provoking case-study, but also, it’s a profound look at human psychology.

Plot: When a prank caller convinces a fast food restaurant manager to interrogate an innocent young employee, no-one is left unharmed. Based on true events.

Trailer and Links: Trailer 1  IMDB & Wikipedia
Buy or Rent: 15 Days To Go

Why to Watch it: Its a close reading of what actually happened on April 9, 2004 in a McDonald's in Mt Washington, Kentucky.

It is just the story that everyone should know about, that many lives can be saved from such a humiliation, if people are more aware as to what is going on in there surroundings.

5) Argo: Its for a fact that I'm a big fan of Killer Spy-Drama and Adventure, that pretty much what sum up the whole movie
and also for fact a great act of "Heroism". My advise would be if you don't know what happened in real life there, be surprised to see it in the movie.

Plot: A dramatization of the 1980 joint CIA-Canadian secret operation to extract six fugitive American diplomatic personnel out of revolutionary Iran.

Trailer and Links: Trailer 1 | 2 IMDB & Wikipedia
Buy or Rent: 57 Days To Go

Why to Watch it: This suspense thriller is based on a true story of how a CIA "ex-filtration" specialist concocts a risky plan to free six American diplomats who have found shelter at the home of the Canadian ambassador during the Iran hostage crisis in 1979 and 1980.

Ben Affleck, who directed and co-produced the movie, also stars as the spook who attempts to convince Iranian authorities that the six men are just members of a film crew who are scouting the area for a futuristic sci-fi blockbuster titled "Argo".
