Unforgettable - Episode 1.05 - Casting Call

[DET. STAN MOYER] (White - 40s) NYPD detective. Moyer and his partner, NYPD stalwart Det. Kelly, are shot at in the parking lot outside an NYPD Bowling League event. His partner was killed but Moyer survived. The investigation of the shooting reveals that it was not a random crime but rather a hit. Det. Kellys formerly untarnished reputation comes into question and it appears that Kelly may have been in business with drug dealers. Al refuses to believe that his mentor, Det. Kelly, was a dirty cop. Moyer enthusiastically supports Als determination to clear Kellys name but we learn that his support is all a ruse to throw Al off the track. It was actually Moyer who was doing business with the dealers. LEAD

[FRANCO] Male, (Latino -- 30s) undercover NYPD narcotics detective. He and his partner Cantone are reveling in the glory of gunning down cop-killer Zippy White. Unbeknownst to them, Carrie is realizing that Det. Kelly was actually piecing together a case against Franco and Cantone who were apparently in bed with the drug dealers they were entrusted to bring down. When their scheme is uncovered and their backs are against the wall, they are willing to kill another cop to protect their secret. THREE SCENES

[CANTONE] Male, (White -- 30s) undercover NYPD narcotics detective. See above description. THREE SCENES

[LESHAWN DAVIS] (African American, 30s) tough guy, drug-dealer, has a large circle of influence in the section of Queens that he dominates. He is pulled in for questioning related to the murder of NYPD police officer Kelly. TWO SCENES

[VIRGINIA WHITE] LeSHAWN DAVIS -- (African American, 30s) tough guy, drug-dealer, has a large circle of influence in the section of Queens that he dominates. He is pulled in for questioning related to the murder of NYPD police officer Kelly. TWO SCENES

(African American, 50s) living in the projects in Queens. She is a retired city teacher. She is now helping to raise her grandsons. Detectives show up at her house looking for her grandson Isaiah. She is fearful and refuses to help. Later on, she and her young grandson come forward with
some helpful information. TWO SCENES

[MALCOLM WHITE] (African-American, 15) living in the projects in Queens. Detectives show up looking for his brother Isaiah. He has already developed disdain for the NYPD. He initially refuses to help. TWO SCENES

[LT. WILLARD] (Any Race -- 40s) NYPD Internal Affairs investigator. He is assigned to investigate Det. Kelly. Internal Affairs has reason to suspect Kelly may have been a dirty cop. Despite the vocal protests of Kellys supporters, the investigation must continue. TWO SCENES

[PAT BURNS] male, (white, late 50s -- early 60s) Al Burns (Dylan Walshs) father. Hes recently been seeing a woman that is not his wife. Hes out drinking with this woman at a local bar & his son happens to stop into the same bar. The father-son exchange does not go well. ONE SCENE

[JEROME "J-DOG" DIXON] male (African-American, 18 - 22) one of LeShawns soldiers. His prints are found on the gun used to kill Det. Kelly. He & Zippy had been ordered by LeShawn to take out Det. Kelly. Hes been hiding out in an abandoned building. TWO SCENES

[SQUEAK] (Any Race - 30s, 40s) male, drug addict, hangs out in a part in Queens. Hes also a confidential informant to Det. Moyer. Moyer thinks Squeak may know where they can track down J-Dog.

[DET. JIM KELLY] (50s) NYPD detective and Als mentor. Hes tried and true. One of the most respected men on the force. After enjoying an evening out with his NYPD Bowling League buddies, Kelly is gunned down in the parking lot.

[WOMAN ] (40s), working-class Syracuse resident. She is out having a few drinks with Pat Burns at a local bar.

[CSU TECH] (30S, 40S, ANY RACE). At the crime scene where Kelly was killed, and later, the crime scene where drug dealer Zippy White has been gunned down by NYPD undercover cops. He hits on Nina and gets shot down. TWO SCENES

[ISAIAH "ZIPPY" WHITE] (African-American, 18) one of Kellys killers. Carrie remembers him entering the Bowling Alley just before the shooting. Later, he is found shot to death by NYPD. TWO SCENES.
