Modern Family's Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) will soon be quitting his high-pressure law firm to accept a job as legal council for a clothing line presided over by Weeds actor Justin Kirk. Although he's only signed on for one spring episode, there is potential for Justin to recur in his new role as Mitchell's gung-ho and athletic boss Lee Keizler.

In addition to his long-running role as Andy Botwin on Weeds, Justin is known to audiences for the highly-acclaimed 2003 HBO mini, Angels in America, as well as the 1999 series Jack and Jill
