    STORY LINE
Farmer HAROLD CLARK parks his tractor in front of the White House and demands to speak to the President -- and Lightman is called in to decide if Clark is a clear and present danger to the Government...

[HAROLD CLARK] A man in his late 30s to 40s, whose face is worn and weathered beyond his years, Harold is a Virginia farmer with a wife and son, whose home and livelihood are in foreclosure. Driving a tractor with an enclosed cab, he parks near the White House, and displays a banner, demanding to talk to the President. Suspected of being a home-grown terrorist / bomber who blames his financial woes on the Government, Clark is terse and uncommunicative on the phone with Lightman -- but ultimately reveals that there's a dead-man's-feature on his tractor seat; if he topples over from a sniper shot, the White House goes blooey. In fact, Clark is not a whackjob at all, but a fall guy; he's been told that his wife and son will be killed unless he complies, and he's in a state of desperate terror, convinced that either the bomb or a sniper will terminate him with extreme prejudice at any second...GUEST STAR

[FBI ASAC BILL STEELE] 46 years old, Steele is the FBI Special Agent In Charge of the Harold Clark case and Reynolds' (Mekhi Pfifer) boss, and he uses Lightman's office as a Command Center. Hoping to find out whether or not there is a bomb in Harold's truck before he orders the farmer's death by sniper, Steele wants Lightman to find out the truth -- and he wants Lightman to take the blame if there's a fatal mistake. Steele goes toe to toe with Lightman without any problem...GUEST STAR

[MARY CLARK] 30s to early 40s, the rural Virginia wife and high school sweetheart of Harold Clark, she is tense and worried, and is watching the live news coverage of Harold's "trip to see the President" on television with some comforting neighbors. Insistent to Torres that her husband would never hurt anybody, Mary has to be very careful what she says -- because one of her neighbors isn't there to console her, he's there to kill her if she fingers Ron Jackson as the real bomber...GUEST STAR

[ANGELA TYNES] 25 years old, a cute third-grade teacher in a Washington D.C. public, inner-city school, Angela leads a field trip to Lightman's office, to learn about lying (and to find out who stole the class turtle). But when Lightman's office becomes the Command Center for a fast-breaking FBI investigation, Angela and her students are placed in lockdown, and she and Loker have to vamp furiously for several hours, under the constant threat of a bomb going off pretty much across the street...CO-STAR / POSSIBLE GUEST STAR / MUST SING - PLEASE SUBMIT NON-CAUCASIAN ACTORS

[RON JACKSON] 30s to early 40s. A Tim McVeigh-type man with a slight drawl, wearing a baseball cap, with a three day stubble, he is a Virginia farmer who has lost everything, and blames the Government for his losses. Intent on blowing up the Secretary of the Treasury, he's concocted an elaborate plan, using his neighbor Harold Clark as a decoy bomber, while he triggers the real explosive himself. A smirking killer who thinks he's got all the angles covered, he has a short conversation with Lightman, a chat that ends abruptly when Lightman orders Ron killed with a bullet to the chest...CO-STAR / POSSIBLE ONE DAY GUEST STAR

[DAVE MILLER] Late 20s - 30s, a rural farmer and neighbor of Harold and Mary Clark, he initially appears to be a good-hearted, kindly neighbor who has dropped by on a consolation call. But in fact, Dave is Ron Jackson's partner in crime, and he has orders to shoot Mary and her son if Harold interferes with Ron's plan...ONE DAY GUEST STAR

[FBI AGENT TIM ERVIN] 35 years old, this street FBI agent is assigned to work with Torres at the Virginia end of the investigation, and he accompanies Torres to Mary Clark's farm. Present when Torres questions Debbie Jackson (the wife of the real bomber), Ervin later places Dave Miller, Ron Jackson's accomplice, under arrest...CO-STAR / PLEASE SUBMIT NON-CAUCASIAN ACTORS

[ISABELLA] 9 years old, a bright public school student who understands quite a bit about lying (but doesn't entirely follow all of Lightman's presentation), she's the girl who stole Clyde, the class turtle (because she doesn't want him to be lonely at night). She ultimately confesses to Lightman, who had already tagged her as the probable culprit, and she gets a pretty light sentence...CO-STAR / PLEASE SUBMIT NON-CAUCASIAN ACTORS / DO NOT SUBMIT ACTORS YOUNGER THAN 9

[OSCAR] 9 years old, Oscar is an easily bored third-grader who can sometimes (but not always) be the class clown at his public school. On the field trip to Lightman's office, Oscar accidentally stumbles on the fact that there's a bomb scare in the neighborhood, and is sworn to secrecy. He is not afraid to stare down Lightman...CO-STAR / PLEASE SUBMIT NON-CAUCASIAN ACTORS / DO NOT SUBMIT ACTORS YOUNGER THAN 9

[DEBBIE JACKSON] 30s, she is the estranged rural Virginia wife of farmer Ron Jackson, the real bomber, whose plan for today is to blow up the Secretary of the Treasury. Am embittered wife who initially thinks the FBI agents are bill collectors, she's completely helpful when they explain that they're investigating her husband as a possible accomplice to Harold Clark (though in fact, it's the other way around)...ONE DAY GUEST STAR

[SNIPER CLARONI] This sniper is given orders about taking out Harold Clark, and later reports when he's in position. Looking for non-Caucasian, former military with actual sniper experience...CO-STAR
