At today's NBC TCA Event, the NBC said "We've always looked at DAY ONE as a big event for us...but not necessarily a show that would return for a second season."

Hi Allie.
Yep it was an odd comment to make. I can only assume that at the end of the Season it finishes in such a way that a 2nd does not make sense etc.
They didnt even air it yet and they already decided
Anything can be prolongued depending on the storyline, and from the trailer it looks awesome
I just hope they dont make me like a show that wont return next season, I would be really disappointed. :(
